The Three Worlds of Nick Trilogy DVD
The Three Worlds of Nick Trilogy DVD
A trilogy of short films from Canadian filmmaker John Paizs
Written, Produced & Directed by John Paizs
Released Dec 10 2016
2 hours
John Paizs’ films are a heady mélange of pop culture influences – from comics to horror, noir and spy films – stuffed into the mould of 1950s commercials or educational films. The affectionate homage Paizs pays to American popular culture always comes with a subversive wink. The effect is jarring, hilarious, and feels completely contemporary.(Katarina Gligorijevic)
